The present invention provides a method for producing a cured thermosetting resin composition having high glass transition temperature, excellent long-term heat resistance, and high heat resistance capable of improving reliability as a device. A thermosetting resin composition containing the following components (A) to (C) is heated at a temperature of 100 to 200 ° C. for 1 to 60 minutes, and further at a temperature of 220 to 350 ° C.
