Disclosed is a method for producing a phosphoric acid diester salt substantially free of impurities with high yield and high purity. A phosphoric acid triester (A) represented by formula (1): (R 1 —O) (R 2 —O) (R 3 —O) P═O [in formula (1), R 1 to R 3 represents a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms which may be the same or different, may form two or more bonds groups together a ring structure of R 1 to R 3. ] And a secondary amine (B) represented by the formula (2): (R 4 ) (R 5 ) NH [in the formula (2), R 4 to R 5 may be the same or different and have 1 to 20 hydrocarbon groups are represented.
