abstract | The present invention provides anticholinergic agents that are chemically modified by covalent attachment of water soluble oligomers. The conjugates of the present invention exhibit different properties when administered by any of a number of routes of administration compared to the properties of anticholinergic agents that are not bound to water soluble oligomers. In one or more embodiments, a compound is provided, which is covalently linked to a water-soluble non-peptide oligomer, preferably directly or through one or more atoms, preferably via a stable bond. Contains residues of anticholinergic agents. |
