abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid powder cosmetic having good elongation spread at the time of use, uniform cosmetic film, and good makeup sustainability. A cosmetic base material containing a powder component and an oily component is added with a volatile solvent to form a slurry, which is filled into a container or an inner dish, and then the volatile solvent is removed. In the cosmetic to be molded, in the cosmetic base material, the following components (a) to (c); (a) an esterified product of dextrin and fatty acid, wherein the average degree of polymerization of glucose of dextrin is 3 to 3 150, one or two or more kinds of branched saturated fatty acids having 4 to 26 carbon atoms and more than 50 mol% and not more than 100 mol% with respect to all fatty acids, and linear saturated fatty acids having 2 to 22 carbon atoms and carbon 0 mol% or more and 50 mol% of one or more selected from the group consisting of a linear or branched unsaturated fatty acid having 6 to 30 and a cyclic saturated or unsaturated fatty acid having 6 to 30 carbon atoms with respect to all fatty acids Containing less than A solid powder cosmetic comprising a dextrin fatty acid ester having a fatty acid substitution degree per lucose unit of 1.0 to 3.0, (b) a non-volatile oil agent, and (c) a powder.
