abstract An object of the present invention is to provide an anti-fingerprint coating product having a coating film having practically sufficient mechanical strength, and a fingerprint-resistant coating material composition for forming the anti-fingerprint stain. A coating containing non-porous silica fine particles, a hydrolyzate or partial hydrolyzate of a tetrafunctional alkoxysilane, and a hydrolyzate or partial hydrolyzate of a hydrolyzable silane compound having a phenyl group. A film is provided on the outermost surface of the substrate, and the two-dimensional surface roughness Ra of the outermost surface of the coating film is 5 nm to 20 nm. The anti-fingerprint coating material composition for forming the coating film is composed of non-porous silica fine particles, a hydrolyzate or partial hydrolyzate of a tetrafunctional alkoxysilane, and a hydrolyzable silane compound having a phenyl group. And the non-porous silica fine particles have an average primary particle size of 50 nm to 200 nm, and 5 to 30% by mass in the total solid content. [Selection] Figure 1
