Provided is a coated product formed on the outermost surface of a substrate. A substrate using a coating material composition containing porous silica fine particles, a hydrolyzate or partial hydrolyzate of a tetrafunctional alkoxysilane, and a hydrolyzable silane compound having a phenyl group.
