PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel polyurethane resin characterized by introducing a repeating unit derived from a bifunctional alcoholic hydroxyl group-terminated polycarbonate having an aromatic ring. The present invention also provides a novel polyurethane resin composition, in particular, a curable polyurethane resin composition whose cured product has excellent properties such as bendability and solder heat resistance, and has improved surface hardness. Objective. The present invention relates to a polyurethane resin (A) obtained by reacting at least (a) a diisocyanate compound and (b1) a diol compound containing a bifunctional alcoholic hydroxyl group-terminated polycarbonate having an aromatic ring as an essential component. .
