abstract | The present invention provides a high damping composition that can form a high damping member that is more excellent in damping performance than the current state while eliminating the problem of temperature dependence and maintaining good workability. A highly attenuated composition comprising a diene base polymer having no polar group, a liquid copolymer having a butadiene skeleton, and a rosin derivative. The liquid copolymer is preferably at least one selected from the group consisting of liquid acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, liquid isoprene-butadiene rubber, and liquid styrene-butadiene rubber. Further, 100 parts by mass or more and 180 parts by mass or less of silica per 100 parts by mass of the diene base polymer, and 10 parts by mass or more and 20 parts by mass or less of silane compound per 100 parts by mass of the silica may be included.
