abstract | Disclosed is a photosensitive resin laminate that is excellent in adhesiveness and fine pattern formability and excellent in releasability even for a mold that is not subjected to release treatment. A photosensitive resin laminate includes an etching process in which a base material 11, a metal compound layer 14 provided on the base material 11, and a SiO 2 layer 15 provided on the metal compound layer 14 are laminated. A layer 12 and a resist layer 13 provided on the etching layer 12 and made of a cation curable resin composition. The cation curable resin composition is made of an epoxy compound, an oxetane compound, and a vinyl ether compound. At least one selected cation curable monomer, a fluorinated cation curable monomer, and a photoacid generator, wherein the content of the fluorinated cation curable monomer is the solid content of the cation curable resin composition The total amount is 10 to 50 parts by weight.
