titleOfInvention | Adhesive tape |
abstract | 【Task】 Provided is a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape for circuit protection at the time of polishing a semiconductor member, in which a polymerization reaction of the pressure-sensitive adhesive occurs even in an energy ray with a small integrated light amount in a narrow wavelength region, and is cured to obtain peelability and has a long life. [Solution] The energy ray used for the above curing can use a light source including a light beam having a peak intensity range of 350 to 400 nm and a peak intensity half width of 10 to 30 nm. A meth) acrylate copolymer and a thermosetting compound, 15 to 35 parts by weight of a photopolymerization initiator, and a polymerization inhibitor with respect to 100 parts by weight of the (meth) acrylate copolymer. When 0.2 to 3 parts by weight is included and the above-described light source is used, the adhesive strength is reduced by curing with an integrated light amount of 20 to 500 mJ / cm 2, and the adhesive strength after energy beam irradiation is before energy beam irradiation. The adhesive strength is 10% or less. [Selection figure] None |
