Disclosed is a graft copolymer that provides a molded article excellent in impact resistance and flame retardancy by blending with a thermoplastic resin. A vinyl monomer (b) 10 containing a vinyl monomer (b1) represented by the following general formula (1) in the presence of 40 to 90% by mass of a polyorganosiloxane rubber (A). A graft copolymer obtained by polymerizing 60% by mass.
