(57) [Problem] To provide a developing roll capable of exhibiting good toner charging properties and toner filming resistance even when applied to an electrophotographic apparatus using negatively charged toner. A developing roll having three layers formed on an outer peripheral surface of a shaft body, wherein an outermost layer of the layers has a polymer composition containing the following components (A) to (C): It is formed by things. (A) Acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber. (B) Polyvinyl chloride. (C) A polymer of at least one of the following components (C 1 ) and (C 2 ). (C 1 ) A silicone-grafted acrylic polymer comprising a repeating unit represented by the following general formula (1) as a constituent. Embedded image (C 2 ) a structural portion derived from an acrylic monomer; An acrylic graft silicone polymer comprising a linear structural portion derived from siloxane as a constituent. |
