abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract nickel ions by bringing an extractant into contact with an electroless nickel plating waste liquid, and then extracting and removing nickel ions by adding a release agent to the waste liquid without adjusting the pH. A high extraction rate is obtained in a short time by contact with the agent. As an extractant, a mixture of di-2-ethylhexyl phosphate and dodecyl nicotinate, or a mixture of di-2-ethylhexyl phosphate and dodecyl isonicotiate is used. According to this method, a high extraction rate of 98 to 99% can be obtained by a single contact without adjusting the pH. Moreover, a high extraction rate of 95% or more can be obtained in a short time of less than 1 minute after contact. [Selection] Figure 3 |
