titleOfInvention Method for recovering Ni from electroless Ni plating waste liquid
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover Ni from an electroless Ni plating waste liquid containing ammonia using an organic solvent containing a β-hydroxyoxime extractant and an acidic organophosphorus compound extractant. Reduce the amount of ammonia co-extracted with Ni and suppress ammonia odor generated in the neutralization process after back extraction. SOLUTION: The content of β-hydroxyoxime-based extractant is 7.5-25.0% by volume with respect to the whole organic solvent, and the content of acidic organophosphorus compound-based extractant is 0.3-1.0 volume with respect to the whole organic solvent. %, And an organic solvent in which the content of the acidic organophosphorus compound extractant is less than 10% by volume with respect to the β-hydroxyoxime extractant is brought into contact with the electroless Ni plating waste solution, and Ni is reversed. The Ni compound is precipitated by extraction and neutralization after back extraction. [Selection figure] None
