titleOfInvention Adsorbent for removing blood cells and method for producing the same
abstract The present invention provides a method for producing an adsorbent for removing blood cells, which can reduce leukocytes and platelets efficiently with less problems such as coagulation in an adsorber during blood flow. A method for producing an adsorbent for removing blood cells comprises dropping a polymer stock solution containing a hydrophobic polymer resin into a coagulating liquid comprising a poor solvent with respect to the hydrophobic polymer resin, and comprising the hydrophobic polymer resin. A step of generating a porous adsorbing substrate, and immersing the adsorbing substrate in a hydrophilic treatment liquid containing a hydrophilic polymer resin, the temperature being 100 ° C. or higher and less than the glass transition temperature of the hydrophobic polymer resin A step of heating at a temperature, and a step of cooling the surface of the adsorbent substrate that has been subjected to the hydrophilic treatment, and washing the surface thereof. The washing step includes a preliminary water washing step and a main washing with alcohols. Process. [Selection figure] None
