abstract |
[PROBLEMS] To provide (1) a radiation-sensitive resin composition that is highly sensitive to exposure light and can be fired at a low temperature, and (2) has a low dielectric loss tangent and a high dielectric constant even in a thin film. A radiation sensitive resin composition capable of forming a dielectric having excellent resolution and electrical insulation is provided. SOLUTION: (A) a polymer having a phenolic hydroxyl group, (B) a radiation sensitive acid generator, (C) a crosslinking agent, (E) a ferroelectric inorganic particle, and (F) an azo ultraviolet ray having a pyrazole ring.
