Described are stably cross-linked polypeptides related to human MAML. These cross-linked polypeptides can help stabilize the α-helical secondary structure that is thought to be important for MAML peptide binding to the Notch transcription complex, a complex containing ICN and CSL. It includes at least two modified amino acids that together form a possible internal crosslink or tether. |
