abstract [PROBLEMS] To provide excellent adhesion between an active material and a conductive material, and these and a metal current collector, as well as excellent anti-swelling property against electrolytes, excellent initial characteristics, and performance even after repeated charge and discharge. An object of the present invention is to provide a binder for a secondary battery electrode that can produce a battery with a low decrease in the resistance, and further provides an electrode and a secondary battery using the binder. An acid-modified polyolefin resin (A) and a polyurethane resin (B) are contained, and (B) is 0.5 to 100 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of (A).
