abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous polyurethane resin dispersion having good film forming properties and excellent mechanical properties and water resistance. A polyurethane resin aqueous dispersion containing water and a polyurethane resin (U) and satisfying all of the following (1) to (6). (1) The urethane group content in (U) is 0.5 to 5.0 mmol / g based on the weight of (U). (2) The terminal amino group content in (U) is 0.35 mmol / g or less based on the weight of (U). (3) The number average molecular weight (Mn) of (U) is 10,000 to 1,000,000. (4) The ratio (Mw / Mn) of the weight average molecular weight (Mw) and the number average molecular weight (Mn) of (U) is 1.5 to 3.5. (5) The melting temperature of (U) is 70 to 280 ° C.
