titleOfInvention Phosphor thin film
abstract Provided is a ZnS: Mn-based inorganic phosphor thin film that emits strong fluorescence suitable for practical use even when deposited by sputtering. A phosphor thin film obtained by adding Mn to a host material as an activator is an inorganic phosphor thin film characterized in that the host material is composed of a binary system of ZnS and ZnO. Preferably, the components are Zn: 40 at% to 60 at%, O: 2 at% to 20 at%, Mn: 0.1 at% to 5.0 at%, and the remaining components are composed of S and inevitable impurities. [Selection] Figure 1
