abstract |
A novel phosphor that can be manufactured without using a defect generation process that is difficult to control and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. A phosphor having a structure including a phosphor base material and a light emission excitation material dispersed in a mottle shape in the phosphor base material and separated in contact with the phosphor base material. The emission excitation material is a metal oxide, a semiconductor composed of Group 2B (Group 12) element of the periodic table and Group 6B (Group 16) element of the periodic table, or Group 3B (Group 13) element of the periodic table, and It selects from the semiconductor which consists of a periodic table group 5B (group 15) element. The phosphor base material and the light emission excitation material are mixed and bonded by pressure firing. [Selection] Figure 8 |
