titleOfInvention | Reaction vessel and method for purification of norovirus RNA |
abstract | The present invention provides a method for purifying Norovirus RNA that can be rapidly processed in a large number of samples by a simple operation. A reaction vessel comprising a carrier and a reaction space, wherein a first unit having a group derived from a phosphate ester constituting a hydrophilic part of a phospholipid on the carrier surface and an electron-attracting substituent are carbonyl. Purification of norovirus RNA having a high molecular weight substance containing a second unit having a carboxylic acid-derived group bonded to a group and having immobilized a nucleic acid primer containing a gene sequence of a region highly conserved in the norovirus genome Preferably, the nucleic acid primer is conserved in a region containing about 90 bp of the 3 ′ end of the open reading frame 1 (ORF1) region and about 20 bp of the 5 ′ end of the open reading frame 2 (ORF2) region of the norovirus genome. A reaction vessel for purification of Norovirus RNA set based on the base sequence. [Selection figure] None |
