abstract A method for manufacturing an artificial tissue in which two or more types of tissues are laminated is provided. A fluid flow control member and a mesh member are provided in a path for circulating and culturing a cell culture solution containing one or more animal cells, a collagen-binding cell growth factor, and an extracellular matrix component. A high-density cultured tissue that is arranged in contact with or close to the flow so as to be located on the back surface of the liquid flow control member, and that the extracellular matrix molecules and animal cells are densely accumulated on the surface of the liquid flow control member. A method for producing an artificial tissue including a step of forming a prosthesis, and an artificial tissue obtained by the method. [Selection figure] None.
