abstract The present invention relates to a conductive ceramic material and a manufacturing method thereof, and provides a conductive ceramic material made of a ceramic member having a small volume resistivity variation and high corrosion resistance. In one embodiment of the present invention, a conductive ceramic material comprising a ceramic member mainly containing yttrium oxide and containing a cerium element and obtained by firing in a non-oxidizing atmosphere is provided. It becomes possible to provide a conductive ceramic material made of a ceramic member having a small variation in resistivity and high corrosion resistance. [Selection figure] None
