abstract |
【Task】 An object of the present invention is to provide a photosensitive thermosetting resin composition for a solder resist having a good balance between functionality and coating film performance suitable for a flexible printed circuit board and a compound capable of providing the cured product. [Solution] The hyperbranched polyester (meth) acrylate compound (A) of the present invention is obtained by reacting a hyperbranched polyester polyol (a), an unsaturated group-containing monoisocyanate (b), and a polybasic acid anhydride (c). It is characterized by. Further, in a preferred embodiment of the compound of the present invention, it is obtained by reacting a polybasic acid anhydride (c) with a reaction product of a multi-branched polyester polyol (a) and an unsaturated group-containing monoisocyanate (b).
