titleOfInvention | Exhaust gas purification filter |
abstract | In an exhaust gas purification filter that burns and removes particulates in diesel exhaust gas by a catalytic reaction, there are problems that the particulate combustion activity of the catalyst is low and the catalyst deteriorates due to high-temperature exhaust gas. An object of the present invention is to provide an exhaust gas purification filter having high particulate combustion activity and improved thermal durability by separately supporting alkali metal sulfates. The contact probability between the particulates and the catalyst by supporting an inorganic oxide on the partition walls of the three-dimensional structure of the exhaust gas purification filter, then supporting the metal oxide, and finally supporting the alkali metal sulfate. As well as suppressing the reaction between materials, the functions of each catalyst can be fully exerted, and since each catalyst is stabilized, exhaust gas with high particulate combustion activity and improved thermal durability A purification filter is obtained.
