titleOfInvention | Method for manufacturing printed circuit board |
abstract | A method of manufacturing a printed circuit board capable of accurately detecting a defect in a wiring pattern is provided. In an inspection process, inspection light is irradiated onto a printed circuit board by a light irradiation unit, and the reflected light is received by a light receiving unit. A defect in the wiring pattern 6 is detected based on the light received by the light receiving unit 56. As the inspection light, violet light, blue light, or blue-green light having a maximum light intensity in a wavelength region of 400 nm to 500 nm is used. Further, a filler having an average particle size of 0.002 μm or more and 0.5 μm or less is added to the insulating layer of the printed circuit board 100. [Selection] Figure 3 |
