abstract The present invention relates to an aqueous silver-containing solution containing nano-sized silver, an antibacterial resin composition containing the same and imparting excellent antibacterial properties, corrosion resistance, conductivity and adhesion to a steel plate, and a steel plate coated with a thin film of the antibacterial resin composition . Silver having a particle size of 1-20 nm is concentrated at a concentration of 200-100,000 ppm, the pH is maintained at 6-8.5, and the stabilizer which is an impurity is 0.5-1.5. The amount of anions in the silver salt, which is the other impurities, is 1.0% by weight or less based on the weight of the silver-containing solution, and the sum of the stabilizer and the amount of anions in the silver salt is 2.0% by weight or less. The silver concentration is 5 to 100 ppm with respect to the aqueous silver-containing solution, 100 parts by weight of acrylic, urethane, epoxy or ester resin, 0.05 to 5 parts by weight of the curing agent and the resin composition. There are provided an antibacterial resin composition containing a containing solution, and an antibacterial resin steel sheet in which the antibacterial resin composition is coated with a dry coating thickness of 5 μm or less. The steel sheet coated with the antibacterial resin composition containing the aqueous silver-containing solution of the present invention exhibits excellent antibacterial properties, corrosion resistance, conductivity and adhesion.
