Manufacturing method of optical components |
abstract |
An optical component having high transparency and heat resistance reliability can be obtained without discoloring the resin even if an ultraviolet curable resin is used, and the manufacturing process of the optical component is simplified and the demand for productivity improvement is met. An optical component manufacturing method is provided. A transparent shape-retaining material 13 is disposed on a substrate 12 or an image pickup element via an ultraviolet curable transparent resin composition layer 1, and in this state, the transparent shape-retaining material 13 is disposed on the resin composition layer. A method of producing an optical component that cures the resin composition layer by irradiating with ultraviolet rays, wherein the resin composition of the resin composition layer comprises a thermosetting resin as a main component and a photoacid generator. In addition, the ultraviolet rays 15 that pass through the transparent shape-keeping material are ultraviolet rays having a wavelength of 320 nm or more. [Selection] Figure 1 |
