SOLUTION: (A) (a-1) ethylene / propylene / diene copolymer 50 to 80% by mass, (a-2) ethylene / vinyl acetate copolymer 10 to 25% by mass and (a-3) straight It is characterized by containing (B) 50 to 120 parts by mass of metal hydroxide and (C) 3 to 20 parts by weight of carbon black with respect to 100 parts by mass of polyolefin comprising 10 to 25% by mass of chain polyethylene.
