Sound insulation for vehicles |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof material having a simple structure having soundproofing properties equivalent to conventional ones. SOLUTION: A fiber-based sound absorbing layer 2 is laid in a casting mold, and a foamed resin material is injected and foamed on the upper surface side thereof, so that the fibers of the fiber-based sound absorbing layer 2 are impregnated with the foamed resin material. By combining these, the sound insulation layer 3 is formed at the interface between the foamed resin sound absorbing layer 2 and the fiber sound absorbing layer 1, and the foamed resin sound absorbing layer 1 and the fiber sound absorbing layer 2 are laminated. A soundproof material is obtained in which a sound insulating layer 3 in which the resin of the foamed resin-based sound absorbing layer and the fibers of the fiber-based sound absorbing layer are combined is provided at the interface of 1 and 2.
