PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low molecular weight siloxane compound, a foamed polyurethane sheet with a support substantially free of a compound as a generation source thereof, a production method thereof, a sound insulating material using the same, and a hard disk drive. A support and a polyurethane foam are integrally formed, do not contain an organosiloxane, and a polyurethane base polymer has a number average molecular weight of 1,500 to 8,000, and 20 hydroxyl groups present in the molecule. % Of a polyurethane foam with a support, wherein at least% is a polyol having a primary hydroxyl group; a production method thereof without using a polyorganosiloxane compound; a sound insulating material and a hard disk drive using the foamed polyurethane sheet.
