titleOfInvention | Acrylic polyol aqueous dispersion, aqueous two-component curable composition, and production method thereof |
abstract | An aqueous two-component curable composition having an excellent appearance of a cured film is realized even when a low water dispersible isocyanate is used. An aqueous two-part curable composition of the present invention contains an acrylic polyol aqueous dispersion and a polyisocyanate compound having a sulfonic acid group, and the acrylic polyol aqueous dispersion comprises a solution polymerization for producing a core. It is obtained by dispersing in water an acrylic polyol obtained by polymerization including solution polymerization for producing a shell, and the hydroxyl value and acid value of all monomer mixtures used in the above polymerization are within a predetermined range and used for polymerization of the shell. The hydroxyl value and acid value of the monomer mixture (a-2) are within the predetermined ranges, and the hydroxyl value of the monomer mixture (a-2) relative to the hydroxyl value of the monomer mixture (a-1) used in the polymerization of the core The polyisocyanate compound has an acid value of 5 to 12 mgKOH / g and an isocyanate group content of 16 to 22% by mass.
