abstract | The invention discloses a manufacturing and using method of a high-hardness stain-resistant water-based hydroxyl fluorine-containing acrylate resin with a core-shell structure for an automobile and a double-component polyurethane coating thereof, wherein the resin comprises the following components: alkyl methacrylate, alkyl acrylate, vinyl monomer, hydroxyl acrylic monomer, fluorine-containing acrylic monomer, multifunctional acrylate, organic solvent, initiator, chain transfer agent, neutralizer and deionized water. The core-shell structure of the core layer formed by the hydrophobic chain segment and the shell layer formed by the hydrophilic chain segment reduces the using amount of hydrophilic monomers and improves the water resistance of the resin; the introduction and the formula design of a proper multifunctional acrylic monomer effectively improve the crosslinking degree of the resin, so that the hardness and the glossiness of the product are improved; the addition of the fluorine-containing acrylic monomer increases the contact angle of the prepared resin, and the resin is good in water resistance and stain resistance after being coated. The solid content of the waterborne fluorine-containing acrylate resin is 40-50wt%, the hydroxyl content is 2-6%, and the viscosity at 25 ℃ is 100-500 mPs. The water-based isocyanate curing agent is prepared into a bi-component polyurethane coating and then is sprayed, and the obtained paint film has excellent water and stain resistance, has the advantages of high hardness, high gloss, good adhesion, good acid and alkali resistance and the like, can be used as an automobile finish paint, can be well combined with a primer, is an ideal automobile coating, and has great potential application value in the fields of antifouling, water resistance, self-cleaning and the like. |
