An apparatus for measuring carbon dioxide concentration in water capable of correcting a decrease in measurement accuracy based on degradation of a pH indicator. A carbon dioxide concentration measuring apparatus 1 measures a change rate ΔA 0 of an isosbestic point absorbance A 0 , and determines that a pH indicator solution has deteriorated when the change rate ΔA 0 decreases by a predetermined decrease rate or more. The deterioration determination part 31 which performs is provided. After the deterioration determining unit 31 determines the deterioration of the pH indicator solution, the pH value calculating unit 27 uses the corrected pH calculating formula for correcting the deterioration using the change rate ΔA 0 of the isosbestic point absorbance A 0.
