abstract | An electrostatic charge image developing toner, an electrostatic charge image developer, a toner cartridge, a process cartridge, and an image forming apparatus in which fog is reduced over a long period of time. The toner particles include toner particles containing a binder resin and a colorant and inorganic particles excluding silica, and the inorganic particles are at least one selected from selenium oxide, alumina, titania, and strontium titanate. An electrostatic charge developing toner for an amorphous silicon photoreceptor, wherein the inorganic particles have a liberation ratio of 20% or more with respect to the toner particles, and the inorganic particles are surface-treated with a quaternary ammonium salt.
