titleOfInvention | Normal pressure cationic dyeable polyester |
abstract | Provided are a normal pressure cationic dyeable polyester capable of cationic dyeing under normal pressure, having high yarn strength, and having a good texture, and a fiber comprising the same. The main repeating unit is a copolymerized polyester composed of ethylene terephthalate, and the acid component constituting the copolymerized polyester includes a metal salt (A) of sulfoisophthalic acid and a phosphonium salt of sulfoisophthalic acid. It is a copolymerized polyester obtained by copolymerizing the compound (B) while satisfying the following mathematical expressions (1) and (2), and copolymerizing 1 to 10% by weight of polyethylene glycol having a number average molecular weight of 200 to 5,000. The diethylene glycol content is 2.5% by weight or less, and the intrinsic viscosity is in the range of 0.55 to 1.00 dL / g. 1.5.ltoreq.A + B.ltoreq.5.0 (1) 0.2.ltoreq.B / (A + B) .ltoreq.0.7 (2) [compound (B) wherein A and B are a metal salt (A) and the above-mentioned phosphonium salt, respectively.
