titleOfInvention | Oil-in-water emulsion composition and method for producing the same |
abstract | 【Task】 An object of the present invention is to obtain an oil-in-water emulsified cosmetic that stably contains a large amount of glittering powder of 30 to 70% by mass and has improved uniform adhesion of the pearl pigment to the skin. [Solution] In an oil-in-water emulsified cosmetic containing a large amount of glittering powder of 30 to 70% by mass, the glittering powder is previously coated with an oil mainly composed of 2 to 20% by mass of silicone oil of the glittering powder. In addition, by adding this to the oil-in-water emulsion composition, an oil-in-water emulsion composition stably containing a large amount of glittering powder was obtained.
