abstract 【Task】 An object of the present invention is to provide a method for culturing adherent cells that enables the proliferation of adherent cells according to a complicated shape. [Solution] The present invention is a method for culturing adherent cells using a powder consisting of a poorly water-soluble biodegradable polymer, (i) a step of filling a culture vessel with a powder consisting of a poorly water-soluble biodegradable polymer, (Ii) a method for culturing adherent cells, comprising the step of seeding adherent cells on a powder comprising the poorly water-soluble biodegradable polymer; and (iii) culturing the adherent cells. In the method for culturing adherent cells of the present invention, the step (ii) is carried out after the step (ii) is performed by mixing the adherent cells and a powder comprising a poorly water-soluble biodegradable polymer in a liquid. ) Can also be implemented.
