The present invention provides a method for micronizing a substance that is hardly soluble in carbon dioxide in a supercritical state. In a pressure-resistant vessel, a substance, water, and carbon dioxide, which are difficult to be miniaturized by using only carbon dioxide in a supercritical state, are added, and the pressure resistance is set so that the carbon dioxide is in a supercritical state. A method for microparticulation, wherein the inside of the container is heated and pressurized and then the inside of the pressure vessel is brought to normal pressure. [Selection] Figure 1 |
