Optical film and manufacturing method thereof |
abstract |
[PROBLEMS] To realize an optical film having a small content of impurities, an ultraviolet absorbing ability having excellent physical properties and appearance, and a method for producing the same. The method for producing an optical film of the present invention uses an extruder 100 provided with a barrier flight type screw 1 or a screw a with a mixing section, and the temperature of a cylinder 10 and a die 14 of the extruder 100 is changed to ultraviolet rays. This is a method in which the UV-absorbing resin is molded by a melt extrusion method by setting the glass transition temperature of the absorbing resin plus a temperature lower than (145) ° C. Thereby, there can be obtained an optical film with few impurities and excellent physical properties and appearance. [Selection] Figure 2 |
