abstract | The subject of the present invention is a method for producing a ceramic layer (20) by spraying. In order to be able to fabricate a polymer ceramic from a preceramic polymer in the present invention, according to the present invention, a cold gas jet (15) is generated by a cold spray gun (12) through which the pre-ceramic polymer is connected via a pipe (18). A cold gas spray method in which particles (19) made of a ceramic polymer are added is employed. The energy for generating the layer (20) on the substrate (13) is generated by the application of high kinetic energy to the cold gas jet (15), thereby heating the cold gas jet (15) with heat. There may be no, or very little. Therefore, a heat-sensitive preceramic polymer can be applied to the substrate (13) as a coating (20) by spray technology with cold gas spray. This gives the polymer ceramic an economical way to quickly produce relatively thick layers. For example, a wear protection layer, a heat protection layer, and other functional layers can be fabricated. |
