The present invention provides (a) (i) a first oily component that is one or more fatty acid glycerides, and (ii) one or more hydrocarbon oils having an average carbon chain length of less than 20 carbon atoms. An oil phase comprising two oily components; (b) (i) water, (ii) a nonionic emulsifier which is an ethoxylated alcohol having an HLB of at least 6, and (iii) preferably a hair styling agent or hair conditioning agent. Provided is a gelled water-in-oil microemulsion for hair treatment comprising a hydrophilic phase comprising, and (c) a gelling agent. |
