An aspect of the present invention relates to a stable preparation of chondroitinase and a method for purifying chondroitinase. A method for purifying chondroitinase includes a step of extracting the enzyme from cells, a step of separating the chondroitinase from the crude cell extract using cation exchange chromatography, and gel filtration chromatography. A step of removing impurities by chromatography, and a step of removing the endotoxin by an anion exchange membrane to produce purified chondroitinase. [Selection] Figure 12 |
