titleOfInvention | Method for detecting antigen by immunohistochemical staining |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to further improve an existing ultrasensitive immunostaining method and realize detection of p40Tax protein in the nucleus. In the present invention, a primary antibody is bound to an antigen in a fixed tissue specimen, a polymer complex formed by binding a secondary antibody and horseradish peroxidase on a polymer carrier is bound to the primary antibody, and then labeled. Improved ultrasensitive immunostaining method, characterized in that antigen recovery treatment is carried out by enzyme treatment with protease in the ultrasensitive immunostaining method in which catabolic deposition is applied to catalyze and visualize catalyzed labeled tyramide.
