The present invention provides a novel bovine frozen semen for artificial insemination, which has a longer sperm survival period than conventional ones and can improve the conception rate. In an artificial insemination bovine frozen semen, a guinea fowl yolk is added to a cryopreservation solution instead of a chicken yolk conventionally used as a nutritional component, and the sperm is frozen. The survival time of sperm is long and the conception rate can be improved. [Selection figure] None |
