abstract An object of the present invention is to impart electrical insulation to a molded article having a resin composition containing carbon fibers having excellent heat conduction and high graphitization rate. An electrically insulating film is laminated on the cross-section or surface of a molded article comprising a composition of a carbon fiber aggregate and a resin matrix, or a metal oxide thin film, an inorganic polymer coating film, or an organic polymer.
