titleOfInvention | Foam for bedding and method for producing the same |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a foam for a bedding that can achieve both load resistance and flexibility, and a method for producing the same. A foam of the present invention is a columnar foam for bedding formed of an olefin resin and has open cells and a skin layer on the peripheral surface. The olefin resin may be at least one homopolymer or copolymer selected from ethylene and propylene. The foam may have open cells that communicate in the length direction of the foam. The foam may be a cylindrical foam, and in the cross section, the ratio between the thickness and the diameter of the skin layer may be about the former / the latter = 0.01 / 100 to 0.5 / 100. . The foam may have a hollow cylindrical shape. The hollow cylindrical foam may have an outer diameter of about 10 to 100 mm, and a ratio of the inner diameter to the outer diameter may be about inner diameter / outer diameter = 0.01 / 1 to 0.7 / 1. The foam may have an expansion ratio of about 5 to 70 times. [Selection figure] None |
