abstract A main object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a pattern forming body capable of preventing resin leakage during imprinting. The present invention uses a substrate having a lyophilic layer and a lyophobic layer formed on its surface, and applies a coating liquid for forming a transferred resin layer on the lyophilic layer to form a transferred resin layer. A transferred resin layer forming step, an adhesive laminate forming step in which a mold having a concavo-convex pattern portion is adhered to the transferred resin layer to form an adhesive laminate, and a transferred resin layer of the adhesive laminate The above-mentioned problems are solved by providing a method for producing a pattern-forming body, characterized by comprising a curing step for curing the material.
