titleOfInvention | Toner for developing electrostatic image and method for producing the same |
abstract | The present invention provides a toner for an electrostatic charge image phenomenon that has high charging performance, is excellent in low-temperature fixability, and can provide a high-resolution and high-quality image. At least a polymer having a site capable of reacting with a compound having an active hydrogen group, a binder resin, a colorant, a release agent, and a layered inorganic mineral intercalated with a fatty acid are dissolved or dissolved in an organic solvent. After dispersing the dispersed solution or dispersion in an aqueous medium and reacting the polymer having a site capable of reacting with a compound having an active hydrogen group, or while reacting, the organic solvent is removed, washed and dried. In the toner for electrostatic charge image phenomenon, the dispersion diameter of the layered inorganic mineral intercalated with the fatty acid in the toner satisfies the volume average particle diameter Dv of 0.01 μm to 1 μm.
